Q&A FotoQuantum Resellers

 

1.     How can I become a reseller?

To become a reseller, each entity will have to fulfill the Reseller Program Application Sheet, where they will have to provide diverse data regarding their entity (data ranges from Company Name, Address, Bank Account details, etc)

FotoQuantum. will assess the viability of the application and notify the Reseller accordingly

2.     Is the reseller program available in all countries?

Reseller program is available in every country. Nevertheless, each application will be evaluated individually to assess its feasibility

3.     Do I have to stock your products?

Depending on the order volume different options will be available. Please contact our reseller team by filling in the form.

4.     Can we do IT integration with your system?

Yes, it is possible. We offer the option to fully integrate our datafiles with your IT system. Our representatives will help you out with the proper implementation.

5.     Do you have a catalog of your products?

Yes, we do have our product catalog available in the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

6.     How do we do an order?

  • Once your application has been accepted, FotoQuantum will create your Reseller Account
  • The purchase of products has to be done in the FotoQuantum website (with your Reseller account)
  • FotoQuantum receives the order notification and sends the goods to you (depending on the size, the order will be dispatched in 1-2 working days) and the delivery will be done in 1-4 working days (depending on the size)

7.     How do we do the payment?

Forms of payment accepted are: wire transfer, credit/debit card, Paypal.

Credit options to Resellers are available after completion of certain requirements (sales volume and other criteria)

8.     Do your invoices include VAT?

Yes, we do include Spanish VAT in our invoices (21%), in the case your company is based outside of Spain, and you have a valid VAT Number, VAT will not be applied.

9.     How long is the delivery time?

Once FotoQuantum receives the order notification and sends the goods to you (depending on the size, the order will be dispatched in 1-2 working days) and the delivery will be done in 1-4 working days (depending on the size).

10. How does the warranty of your products work?

Based on the current EU Legislation, in our products a 24 months warranty period is applied in the contract between the two parties.

11. Can we get a sample?

Free samples are not available at the moment. Please contact our reseller team by filling in the form for further information.
