1. Payment Methods Accepted
You have 3 Options to process a payment:
- Pay via Paypal (either by opening a PayPal account or pay as a guest)
- Pay through Protx by credit card (using 3D secure technology)
- Bank Transfer

Once you have placed your order and processed your payment, an online invoice will be accessible by logging on to our website using your ID and password, under the section 'My Orders'

2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time across Europe is 3-5 working days after the payment is completed and after dispatch. We are not able to provide any overnight deliveries. Please bear in mind that orders processed via Bank Transfer usually takes a longer time as the payment method is not instant. Therefore if you are in a hurry, please choose the payment via PayPal or Credit card. Also, please note that the delivery time for vinyl backgrounds 2.75m takes between 5-10 working days as we use a special carrier.
Ex-EU countries can last a little longer due to customs clearance. Also, please bear in mind that orders placed right before holiday seasons, peak seasons or public holidays can take a longer time to be processed. Therefore for faster processing, we would advise that orders are placed in advance.
Our warehouses do not have any shop or payment facilities for walk-in-customers. We also operate numerous warehouses, therefore articles that are part of the same order might be shipped out from different warehouses. This is the reason why your order might be sent in several parcels. We would then provide all the tracking codes in order to track your parcel (s).

3. An article was broken upon delivery, what should I do?
Simply contact us via our HelpDesk and send us a ticket. An image of the broken item is required by our service team to determine the procedures to follow.

4. Warranty Period

All our items are equipped with 24 months warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. However, if a customer modifies an article, be it externally or internally, then the warranty is voided as the warranty is only applicable if the article has not been modified in any way. Plus, the service of repair / exchange after the warranty period has ran out will not be applicable for modified articles, be it externally or internally.
 
We will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not of a kind foreseeable by the supplier.
 
NOTE:
1) Bulbs, film and DV tapes being susceptible to kinetic shocks, light, heat, x-ray damage etc. these articles are specifically excluded from any guarantee / warranty policy. As well as, cloth, paper and vinyl backgrounds.
 
Warranty Clause:
 
- However, only during the first 6 months since the purchase was made, and always after being proven by pictures, and we consider that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, and always after being proven that it is not due to misuse of the equipment.
- After the period 6 months to 24 months, the customer has to prove, with the help of a professional, that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect and not due to a misuse of the equipment.
- The warranty does not cover any equipment which has been misused, manipulated or any other incorrect usage.
- The warranty does not cover any problems due to electricity highs or dips.
- The warranty does not cover any problems caused by the use of accessories not recommended or not compatible with our products.
- Warranty does not cover any problem due to the exposition of the equipment to rain, fire or any other inclement weather conditions


5. Return Policies
If you've received your product and it doesn't fit your needs or is not according to your expectations, you still can choose to return it under 7 days after the parcel has been delivered to you.

6. Shipping
All shipping damages have to be reported within 24 hours after parcel delivery using our HelpDesk only. This is due to insurance policy requirements.
NOTICE: Shipping fees can change anytime. The actual shipping fee is displayed during checkout!
