The FotoQuantum LightPro Flash Unit FQM-250 Plus (Bowens mount) will surprise you with its super-compact design. The unique combination of small size, Bowens mount, control panel and digital display easy to use, make the Flash Unit FQM-250 Plus a perfect option for work, while accepting all professional Bowens mount accessories. Versatile, designed for photographers seeking a high quality studio equipment!

The flash power output is variable over five f-stops from full to one thirty-second (1/32) power. The plug-in flash tube can be easily replaced when needed. A modeling lamp of 75W included helps you to know where the shadows are, or undesired reflections etc. before starting to work. The flash can be triggered via the sync cable or the photocell (located behind the red transparent cover on top of the unit). The simplest way to trigger the flash is to press the TEST button. The studio flash includes a 2.4GHz build-in radio receiver with 16 channels. Therefore, the studio flash can be triggered by the FQM-816TX radio transmitter. (not included).
The FQM PLUS studio flash includes a pre-flash function and automatic recognition function. The pre-flash is selectable from 1~7 pre-flashes. When the camera release a flash, the studio flash detects the number of flashes the camera released and memorizes the value automatically.

The FotoQuantum LightPro Bowens S-Type Reflector included is an accessory for the FQM Plus Flash Series. It provides enough light control when you need to bounce the flash off a ceiling or wall etc. It can be a decent substitute for an umbrella reflector, but also it can be used for work with umbrellas when needed.

The kit comes with a Light Stand of 2.5m (maximum load capacity of 9kg), and a White Translucent Umbrella of 110cm.

As accessories for the Flash Unit FQM-250 Plus: Bowens S-Type Reflector, Radio Trigger, Beauty Dish, Barndoor (with color filters and honeycomb), Photo Umbrellas, Softboxes, Ligth Cubes, Light Stands etc.

Please note that we recommend using the FQM Plus flash with softboxes with sizes 60x90cm, 60x60cm, 90cm. It is not recommended to use the FQM Plus flashes with softboxes bigger than 90cm.
